Ronan is the company’s leader and big thinker. He has his finger on the pulse of the world’s real estate markets. He has spent over two decades traveling the world as an international real estate investor. Originally from Ireland with a background in finance and start-up businesses, Ronan found his true calling when he founded Real Estate Trend Alert in 2008 while on a trip to buy real estate in Northeast Brazil. “I had been looking for a club of real estate investors to join for a long time,” says Ronan. “But none existed. So, I set up my own real estate investors club and called it Real Estate Trend Alert.” Since founding RETA all those years ago Ronan’s led RETA to incredible growth and success. RETA members have invested in excess of $2 billion in real estate across several continents.

“It’s a simple yet unique proposition for our members,” says Ronan. “When we look everywhere in the world then there’s always opportunity somewhere.” Today, Ronan and his team have established relationships with RETA partner developers across the globe. He’s personally invested in several RETA deals alongside RETA members and he spends much of his time traveling the world searching for opportunities and partnerships on behalf of RETA.
