Another of our concierge team, Matt Doherty specialized in customer care due to his 30-year journey in the service industry which ended with managing several 3-star and 4-star restaurants, Matt knows all about connecting with people, overseas journeys, and navigating foreign lands after moving to Panama in 2012.
After first hearing about RETA and its business model, he was immediately fascinated so when offered a role as concierge, he was delighted. Having the opportunity to work with people and help them achieve their goals is paramount to him so absolutely anything you need…Matt is there to help.
