Margaret has been with Ronan from the earliest days of RETA. As the team’s senior researcher, Margaret spends much of her time analyzing the paperwork, permits, and due diligence of real estate projects around the world.  She liaises with developers, brokers, attorneys, engineers, and local experts to make sure every detail adds up. 

Margaret’s gained an in-depth knowledge of planning and approval processes required for real estate projects, large and small. 

Along with Ronan, Margaret has an unparalleled experience in travel and real estate markets globally. She’s been all over Latin America, the Caribbean and Mexico, and Europe. She’s been to places no one’s ever heard of…and seen more projects than just about anyone you’re likely to meet.

Margaret studied chemistry and worked in retail and healthcare before joining RETA, acquiring vast experience in administration and organizational and management skills in the process.
