Julio is the company’s head of real estate development and a wizard of project financials, construction, due diligence, legal compliance, and taxes. He works in partnership with some of RETA’s senior real estate partners in Mexico. 

Julio’s responsibilities include the full financial analysis of new real estate project opportunities as well as the setup of the legal and taxation structures for joint venture partnerships in Mexico. Julio has successfully set up and managed two real estate developments in Mexico worth on average $55m in sales.

Before joining RETA Julio had worked in a variety of senior positions in the real estate industry in the Riviera Maya in Mexico. Managing some of the most luxurious and prestigious real estate brands in the industry.

He is fluent in English and Spanish and graduated from EGADE, Guadalajara with a degree in mechanical engineering and from the University of South Carolina with an MBA.
