James is the creative force behind RETA’s unique win-win approach to sales, creating incredible value for developers and buyers.

Since being invited to the team in 2014, James, in his role as Commercial Director at RETA, has helped fundamentally re-invent the commercial side of the business by innovating and implementing new ways of creating value for both developers and buyers. 

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in his native Cork, Ireland, James cut his teeth in the real estate industry in Southern Spain as financial controller of Viva Estates, a leader in the real estate industry during the Costa del Sol’s boom years of 2002 to 2008.
